How it works

Book your consult — $500. This is a deposit, credited toward your total project cost once we finalize a price.
We reach out. Within 48 hours of booking, we'll contact you directly to schedule your video consultation.
Video consultation. This is where we cover everything: what you want made, your budget, your metal choice (sterling silver, or 14k, 18k, 22k, or 24k gold), sizing, and if it's a chain, the link length and width. If you have reference photos or inspiration, bring them to the call.
Design. We design the piece and refine it with you until you approve it.
Remaining balance. Once you approve the design, the rest of the total is collected before production starts.
Production. Takes 3-6 weeks from approval to finished piece.
