These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. Berka Jewelry is operated as a single-member LLC based in Scottsdale, Arizona. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products — Berka Jewelry sells gold jewelry, including limited archive pieces and custom-designed pieces. Custom pieces are designed in consultation with the customer and produced by trusted production partners. Product descriptions, weights, and images are as accurate as possible, but natural materials and handmade processes mean small variations between the photographed piece and the piece you receive are normal and expected.

Pricing and Payment — All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. For custom orders, a deposit is required to begin the design process, with the remaining balance due before production begins. Deposits are credited toward the final price of the completed piece.

Orders and Fulfillment — Custom pieces are produced only after the design and price are finalized with the customer. Estimated timelines are provided at checkout or during your consultation, but timelines can vary due to the nature of custom, made-to-order production.

Limitation of Liability — Berka Jewelry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
